The building is really clean and the rooms are lovely looking and reasonably large with high ceiling, comfortable bed, as example.

Good position was an added bonus.

Big size hotel with brand-new rooms and most importantly, knowledgeable and best staff. All the staff were happy to help. Nice building and rooms with amazing views. A wide array of amazing food for meals. Great service during our perfect stay. Great pool. Favourable location in the very nice area, just off modernized to accommodate all the needs of the most demanding travellers, and tram from the airport.

Unique room features like a Nespresso machine added a touch of luxury.

The venue's position was central.

The cleaning of the rooms

Exceptionally nice and marvelous room which had Nespresso coffee and terrace. The location was marvellous and easy, you can visit an unfinished basilica by walking.

Consider using the rooftop bar for evening drinks. It offers a great atmosphere and fine views that really enhance your stay.

great spot for city walks and nearby attractions

my stay was fantastic, being just a short walk from the iconic piazza del duomo and the fine basilica of santa maria novella made it easy for me to explore florence at my own pace, while the health center offered amazing views that were the perfect cherry on top of my trip.

The rooftop pool blew me away. The views from up there are fine, especially at sunset. The vibrant decor throughout the place created a fun atmosphere. I loved the communal spaces. They were spacious and inviting. The coffee shop across the street is a gem. Service at the bar was friendly. Lack of clear signage added some confusion. Our room felt cramped with limited surfaces to hold our belongings. I noticed inconsistent cleaning . It could have been better. The food quality at the restaurant didn't meet my expectations. I expected more from a place in such a renowned food city.

My stay was enjoyable due to the great location. We'll remember the pool area, which offered views. The room provided enough space to unpack and relax. The friendly staff added to the experience, enhancing our time there.

The rooftop pool provided a fine view, perfect for relaxation. The gym located on the rooftop was a highlight, allowing my partner to enjoy workouts with a great backdrop.

The rooftop pool has fine views and is perfect after a long day. I enjoyed the games room and the vibrant atmosphere. A fun place but needs clearer signage.

Our group had a blast! The pool area was a perfect hangout, and we loved the funky communal spaces. It's super easy to explore, with a cute coffee place just across the street. Great vibes and solid WiFi. Would definitely recommend for a fun group stay!

The only downside was that the mattress in our room could have been better. It felt quite firm and lumpy, made sleeping a bit challenging.
